Can't recommend highly enough for a flash stay

Clean hotel, quiet room, exceptionally friendly staff, especially Crystal at the front desk, who made us feel welcome and accommodated our family's needs during our stay. The convenient location with free parking made it easy to access nearby attractions.

Nothing everything was great

Excellent customer service from the front desk staff.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several concerns. The A/C unit in our room was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to sleep. When I reported it, the front desk was unhelpful, only offering a small discount despite the disruption. I also noticed some cleanliness issues that were quite disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

The room was very spacious, but the refrigerator was not clean.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The pool area with the frog water slide was a hit with the kids, providing a great way for them to unwind. The hotel was clean and conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. One downside was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety to keep it interesting.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

We enjoyed a spacious King Suite for our one-night stay. The highlight was the warm hospitality from the front desk team, who were eager to assist. Tip, Don't miss the complimentary breakfast, it's a great start to the day!

The staff was truly amazing! Crystal made us feel so welcome during our stay. Just wish the bathroom was a bit cleaner. Overall, a nice place to be with family! 😊

The room was super clean and comfortable! The bed felt great after a long day. I loved that the bathtub was really nice too! The hotel was going through some renovations, but it didn't affect my stay much. The breakfast was solid with plenty of options, including those yummy cinnamon rolls. Only downside was the pool area was a bit smaller than I expected, especially for kids, but it was nice overall!

The hotel exuded a warm atmosphere with high ceilings, making the spacious common areas easy to navigate for seniors like myself. The decor was charming, which added to the overall inviting feel during our stay.

Awesome place to crash!

Had plumbing issues at home, so I needed a place quick. Room was clean and comfy, and the shower had great pressure! Breakfast spread was solid—plenty of options. Only wish the pool was open later, but no biggie!
